Active Fire

We wish to provide our clients with a comprehensive fire safety, building compliance management and fire training service that is second to none.

Our unique service can start with practical fire safety advice at your project's conception or at any stage thereafter.

Incorporating all fire safety considerations into the building's over-all fire protection plan at the beginning of a building project rather than at the end will, in most cases, prove to be effective in containing costs, unnecessary delays and inconvenience to the building users after occupation.

We are FPANZ Certified Evacuation Consultants (Levels 1-4), we are able to provide sound fire safety advice and co-ordinate the various fire protection aspects in a building's construction phase through to final completion.

All too often we hear that an evacuation scheme application has been put in the “too hard basket”. Our company has well over 40 years of combined fire-fighting and fire protection industry experience to call upon so we are able to ensure that any evacuation plan we design with appropriate training will produce a safe, expeditious and efficient evacuation process that fully complies with the intent of the Fire Safety and Evacuation of Buildings Regulations, your Health & Safety obligations and may assist you in achieving a reduction in ACC Levies.

But we don't stop there. As registered Independently Qualified Persons (IQP's) we are also able to provide a complete building compliance management service.

We can prepare fire evacuation schemes for approval by the NZ Fire Service, provide practical fire safety training and carry-out regular trial evacuation drills in addition to inspecting your building's safety features and preparing annual building warrant of fitness (BWoF) documentation.
